Why is there a premium YouTube ad when I turn on Windows?

windows windows-10 youtube youtube-premium an-advertisement

I'm using Windows 10.

When I turn on the computer, there's a YouTube premium ad in the bottom right corner of the clock.

It's annoying because it's always on.

I don't think it's the window itself. Do you have any idea what program it's on?

I can't guess anything even if I look up the recently installed programs

I think it's Kakao Talk
When the PC version of Kakao Talk is up, there are a lot of YouTube ads

I think I turned on the AutoPlay option when Windows starts in Kakao Talk settings
That's why I turned off the autorun option
