What is the reason for the strict approval of LPG cars?

LPG cars are only available to limited users so that many people can't use them.

I think LPG is cheap, produces less pollution, and is good in many ways.

Why are you so strict about licensing?

When you refine crude oil, you get gasoline, diesel, methane, propane, butane
The mixture of propane and butane is LPG
LPG is used in many places other than cars
If you use it in a car, you'll have a lot of gasoline and diesel
It's good to refine it as much as possible and use it evenly, so I think it's because it induces demand
