Which one has better picture quality compared to the Sony rx100 m1 and dslr supply?

I'm thinking about buying a Sony rx100 m1

I already have a Canon 700d as a supply machine for dslr.

Which one is better when comparing the two?

If the quality is not good, I think I'm doing useless things for no reason

I think it'll be good for portability if it comes out at least at a similar level.

In terms of performance, it's a landslide victory for dslr
The sensor size is of image quality, but m1 is too small for dslr
