This button is used to park the gear in neutral gear.
Normally, you park at P, but if you park like this, the car won't get crowded.
If you park with an N, you will be pushed, so you can park it so that other cars can be pushed out by double parking.

I use it when parking N.
You can do it as below.

1. Put the gear in P and turn off the start.
2. Press the shift lock button and change the gear to N at the same time.

This will allow you to park in neutral gear.
