Is it right to put the public certificate in each app on the iPhone?

I was using Galaxy and came over to iPhone X.

I'm trying to install a financial app, but it said that there was no public certificate because I used a different financial app.

So I can add a public certificate again.

Is it right to insert a public certificate for the iPhone?

It's really uncomfortable because I use a lot of financial apps
I'm thinking about moving back to Android
