Yves Saint tint smells weird, why is that?

I use Yves Saint tint.

It smells weird and doesn't apply well. Does anyone know why?

It's because it's damaged if it's tint

Yves Saint tint tends to deteriorate easily. It's good to just throw it away

It's good to throw it away, but I usually use it for up to 6 months and if I take care of it well, I use it for a longer time
