Please recommend a prepaid SIM card to use for 4 nights and 5 days in Japan

I'm planning to travel to Japan for 4 nights and 5 days with 3 friends.

I'm thinking of purchasing a prepaid USIM in Korea in advance. Is there anything that you've tried that has a good price, good price, or a lot of capacity?
