Do you get a lot of college credits when you get a job?

My university grades aren't that high

So I'm thinking about going to school and raising my grades.

Or going to graduate school.

Of course, it's best if I can get a job right away.

I don't see much of it if I'm saving my major in engineering. Engineering students don't have high grades anyway.
