When will the membership change if I change the SKT plan to a cheaper one?

In the past, I used to use a high-priced plan, so I just changed it to a low-cost plan because it was a waste of money paid every month. I think the membership rating will go down, when will it be changed?

I haven't gone down yet, so I was wondering when I could use VIP benefits.
