I looked it up and found out that Yokohama Chinatown is open 24 hours a day.

Is this really open 24 hours a day and there are many people?

Or there are only some restaurants that are open 24 hours a day like in Korea.

If there are people who have been there, please let me know

I went there around 10, but most of them were closed
If it's for sightseeing, there's not much to see
I'm just going to a restaurant to eat

There are a lot of places that close from 9 to 10 o'clock
As you said, it's not a must-see attraction. Just think of it as a place to eat
