Please recommend a password management app

I don't manage passwords after the pass disappears while using the pass.

It's a bit uncomfortable.

I'd like to take this opportunity to change to an app that can be used on Windows or on apps.

Please recommend what app would be good for me.

If you use Mac on iPhone, I recommend 1 password

I use 1password, but it's not good on Android phones
I want to change to another one, but I don't have anything that I like, so I'm using this
