Will it be effective if I speak English over the phone for about a month?

I think I will go on a business trip to the U.S. for about three months from next month

All I learned in English was TOEIC when I was in college.

Based on my TOEIC score, it's a little over 800.

Other than that, I haven't been studying for years, so I can hardly talk.

I found out that the phone English effect is good for about a month

If it's the most effective thing in a short time, it's more useful to buy a simple conversation book and memorize it unless you're asking for a high level of English
