The Naver cloud Excel file was rolled back because the version was twisted, so how do I solve it?

naver cloud excel naver-cloud

I connected Naver Cloud with Explorer and set it to sync automatically.

I'm sure I wrote it well by Friday, so I checked that the file was normal.

I checked this morning and found that the Excel file was changed to a file from 6 months ago.

As far as I know, you can go to the Naver Cloud homepage and check the old version to restore the version.

Even if you go to the homepage, there is only one version from 6 months ago, but there is no version after that.

It's a file I use often, so I think there will be a lot of updates.

Strangely, there is a txt file in the same folder, but it comes out well and is updated well with the latest file.

A few Excel files are all the same way The file from 6 months ago has only one version from that time.

Has anyone solved a similar problem?

It's not a solution, but if you save a file while using Naver Cloud, it's been years since you saved it as an empty file and crashed
Now you've managed the version and you've even rolled back the files

@1 I'm not going to use it if it's resolved this time.
I tried to manage the file safely, but it looks like I'm losing it.

I think it'll be faster if you ask at the NAVER customer service center

@3 Don't they ask you to upload the NAVER Customer Center to intellectuals?LOL Why are they asking people to catch bugs when they're going to solve it? LOL

As far as I know, the NAVER Customer Center is gone
When you enter the customer center, it says to ask questions with intellectuals other than FAQs
Intellectuals... You know, there's no right answer

@3 There is already an error report in Naver's customer center, so I inquired about it, but there is no answer at all.
It would be nice if there was an answer like it's being solved or it's taking time to find it, but there's no answer.
If it was received, I would like you to tell me that it was received, but there is no answer at all.
I hope NAVER escapes after solving it quickly.

This is the final answer I received from Naver and my opinion about it.
They looked it up, but there was a record of uploading the Excel file only once, and there was no update after that.
(These Excel files are personal journals, so I update them almost every day. So this doesn't make sense.)
Only the txt file is being updated.
(The txt file was working well and is well contained as the final data.)
I don't know if I'm confused about uploading another file.
(I can't be confused because I synchronized the folder itself with Naver Cloud Explorer, so I can't upload other files, and it's been updated well for six months and used well every day, but it doesn't make sense to suddenly select Excel and roll back all of a sudden a few days ago. It's also that the Excel file was all written on the same date. According to Naver, I had the file 6 months ago so that it could not be found in Windows, but I changed it without realizing it, which doesn't make sense. Rather, Naver has the versions and manages them.)
Windows 10 doesn't officially support Explorer, so I'm using Explorer
(You're right that Windows 10 used Explorer to synchronize it. But if it's a problem like that, you have to warn them that they can't download it at all or that the data can be blown away in the first place, so they don't know because they let you use it well.)
Anyway, in conclusion, the answer on Naver is, "I don't know. Do whatever you want."
At first, I could make a mistake while working on Naver, but the final response is getting heated.
I used Naver Cloud to use it safely, but Naver Cloud blew up the data, couldn't recover it, and told users to be careful if they want to use their services.
The conclusion...
When you use it on Naver Cloud, sometimes data is lost.
It works well, but it also rolls back to an unexpected version a few months ago.
Do not use it for data backup other than files that can be blown away.

I'm adding it because I thought it would help others.
Eventually, I was helped by a recovery program and solved it with hard disk recovery.
Naver Cloud overwrites the file, but fortunately, it seems to be a method of writing new files and erasing existing files, not adding them to existing files.
Maybe it's designed for Windows OS to handle it like that.
The recovery program I wrote was referenced below.
https://www.lifeqna.kr/question/5774
The Ontrack Easy Recovery program at the bottom of the list has resolved it.
If there are people who are worried about similar problems, I hope it will be a good solution.
