Is Mac Lady Daneger and Danegerus very similar?

I have a friend who uses Mac Lady Danger well.

I was wondering if you could give him a Dangerous Lip as a gift.

Because Lady Danger looks good on him, I think it'll look good on him. I wonder if it's too similar.
