Is there a memo program that I can write easily on the PC?

I'm looking for a memo program that can be used simply at PC.

I don't need a special purpose, but it's uncomfortable to just put on post-it.

I'd like to write down several memos

It's rather uncomfortable because there are too many files left in the memo.

If you know any good programs, please recommend them
