How does it differ by Sony rx100 version?

Sony rx100, mk1, mk2,... There's a version in the same way.

How is it different by version?

It would be nice to buy the latest one, but it's nice to have the advantage of the price a little later.

There is no mk1 and the first version released is just rx100.
The rx100 mk2 has a tilt screen and nfc wifi function.
rx100 mk3 has Evf addition and lens changed from 28-105 to 24-70 f1.8-2.8.
The latest rx100 mk4 is a version that allows for 4k video and ultra-fast shooting.
