Do I get paid more if I work on Labor Day?

labor-day salary

I heard that if you work on Labor Day, you will be given more than the daily wage on weekdays. Is that actually right?

Or is it different for each company?

I was wondering if it was determined by the law

or if it depends on the company's discretion.

I understand that you are legally required to give a lot

Labor Day is a paid holiday, so it is legally required to double.
If there are more than 5 employees, we will receive an additional 50% and a total of 250%.

Hmm... I heard it's 1.5 times higher. Did I misread it?

I knew it was 1.5 times, but now that I think about it, the salary that comes out is 2.5 because it's 2.5... I don't know what's right
