When turning on the heated seat in a car

Of course it's oily. The reason is that the battery's electricity is charged with oillol
It is true that the electricity used in the car is connected to the battery, but it charges the battery by turning the alternator to charge it. Turning the alternator is turning it around for gasoline.
Air conditioners actually receive electricity from batteries, but you'll understand when you see a sharp drop in fuel efficiency.
