How can I hire an employee?

Now, I run a corporation as a single-person company.

When I'm busy, I ask for a part-time job, but I'm thinking of officially hiring an employee because there's a lot of work.

Since there is no employee, I have no idea how to hire, report to where, and what additional costs will be incurred.

Where can I get this information?
