By what time should I leave Incheon Airport if it's a 7 o'clock flight?

I'm supposed to take a 7 o'clock flight from Incheon Airport. Until what time should I leave?

I know it's good to leave 2 hours in advance, but I think it'll be 5:30 even if I take the first train.
