Is there a difference between a fast format and a regular format when formatting?

When formatting, you can choose a quick format and a regular format. Is there a difference between the two?

There is no difference between the two in terms of results. You can just use the quick format.

If you look at the actual work, the format just erases all the contents of the file
The Quick Format clears only the location where the file is stored.
So you can use any format.
