How many times is it appropriate to buy a laser hair removal machine?

I was looking for a laser hair removal machine.

I heard that it can be used about 60,000 times in steps 1 to 2, 20,000 times in steps 3 to 5, and 12,000 times in steps 6 to 8, so I don't know how much it is. Is this enough?
