I'm on a low-carb diet in my own way, like eating a lot of protein like eggs and meat instead of carbohydrates, and I'm hungry more than I thought.
I was looking for a diet method that I didn't get hungry, but did I do it wrong? What should I do?

A low-carb diet requires eating a lot of fat. Rather than low carbohydrates, high-fat diets are right. Increase the percentage of fat.
Recently, I did something called Nanjung Diary on SBS Special. I think it'll help if you watch it
