Is there a big difference between road shop and department store cosmetics?

I'm almost using it as a road shop.

I got it through expensive department store sharing, but I didn't know the difference.

Some of the road shop products I use are better.

Is it just me?

Or is there a really good department store?

I think department store ones are nice because they have a variety of colors
There aren't that many colors in road shops
