Can the cosmetics I bought at the duty-free shop exceed the in-flight allowance?

duty-free-shop cosmetics

There's a limit of 100ml for liquids.

Is there anything like   cosmetics bought at duty-free shops that are within 100ml according to the in-flight allowance?

I'm okay with the one I bought at the duty-free shop
But you can't open the seal

You can just take it as it is sealed

I'll probably tell you, but when you go out, you can carry it with you sealed
When you come back to Korea, you can check in your luggage
