Can we make bread with Yulmoo alone?

Wouldn't it be too expensive to do it with just adlay?
I think it's mostly flour and mixed with some of the adlay powder mixed.

Yulmooppang is a mixture of Yulmoo powder, mainly flour.
It's hard to make bread because of its low viscosity.
