Anyone who knows how to repair bricks in Nexus 4?

I was using Nexus 4 purely, and this time, Lollipop came outIt's been a while growing it out.

But there are a lot of error messages on Google Play;;;

So I was trying to roll back again, but I got an OTA confirmation message saying that it was 5.1 and I updated it because I thought the bug would have been fixed.

But it became a brick after rebooting;;;

If anyone knows how to restore the brick, please tell me!
