If you have seborrheic dermatitis, what shampoo do you recommend?

seborrheic-dermatitis shampoo

Maybe it's because the weather is dry these days or because there are a lot of company dinners, but I heard that boring dermatitis in the head has gotten worse.

What shampoo do you recommend to use?

If you're in a hurry, use nizorals to calm you down quickly

Amos green tea for real sensitivity. I strongly recommend this

There is an em solution that can be used with natural ingredients, and I strongly recommend this.
Instead of using it alone, you can use it after washing your hair and washing it in water

Amos Green Tea Sensitive 222
Out of all the expensive and cheap ones, there's nothing more effective than this

The shampoo itself has so many bad ingredients that it's easy to cause skin trouble
It's a surfactant that makes it foam, but if you take it out, it doesn't have any foam at all, so it's not a shampoo
When it gets boring, I just wash it with handmade soap, but I think this is better
