OTO currently offers free international telephone service to 94 countries in Korea, including the United States, China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
It's not exactly completely free.
There must be a subscription plan, but you can use the remaining free currency in that plan.
If there is no free call time left, the domestic call fee will be charged.
