When I watch real-time videos on YouTube, it often gets cut off.

I don't think there's anything like that in other comments, so I wonder if it's a problem with my computer.

If you watch real-time videos in high-definition, you may not be able to see gpu high-definition hardware decoding on your graphics card
Lower the resolution and test it
