How do you know if it's double eyelid inline or outline?

I can't distinguish between double eyelid inline and outline.

Even if I ask my friends, one friend is inline and the other is outline, so I don't know the standard.

Outline refers to the beginning and end of the double eyelid, all separated from the front and back of the eyes
