The internet speed is checked for free.
It's not just the Internet speed that's slow, but it depends on the speed of other things, such as Windows speed and program speed, so getting an Internet AS checked may not solve it.
If you get the Internet AS, the driver will check the speed of the Internet and tell you that something seems to be wrong.
