Do you recommend any medicine for constipation?

You might think it's unexpected, but what I take when I have constipation is vitamin C
There are times when you get a signal when you take a 1000mg vitamin C
It's much more effective than constipation pills
The good thing about this is that even if you take a lot of vitamin C, there are no side effects, and vitamin C is good for your health as everyone knows
