It's definitely Doc China Airlines
There's a downtown airport at Taipei Main Station
Only China Airlines and Eva Airlines can check in from here
The good thing about this is that you can check in at the main station on the last day, send your luggage, hang out in the city, and slowly go to the airport. It's really nice
