I've been to the dermatologist, so I'm trying on cosmetics that are good for this and that, but they're not that effective.

Is there any medicine sold at pharmacies that's good for treating acne?

I recommend Talk Clear!
The downside is that if you apply it on areas that aren't pimples, it gets red
