It's ambiguous when there are many multinational companies like these days.
Still, most of the workers are Korean, so wouldn't it be right to consider it as a domestic product?

Renault is right to view it as a subsidiary of its parent company.
Renault is a French company, but it's also a multinational company.
So it doesn't seem appropriate to divide by country.
