If you go into the Network and Sharing Center and look at it, it should be marked with an x.
If you press it once, the window will modify itself and make it available on the Internet.

If you can reach a router, but you can't use the Internet, sometimes it's a problem with your Internet connection modem.
Try turning off and on the Internet modem connected to the router.
