Will wearing glasses with no prescription impair my eyesight?

As the title says, will wearing glasses with no prescription decrease your eyesight?

Since there are UV protection glasses, I think it will protect my eyes.

I want to wear one for fashion, but I'm worried because I have good eyesight.

Glasses without prescription are literally just glass or plastic glasses without prescription at all.
It doesn't help or adversely affect vision at all.
One thing to note is that continuous wearing of colored glasses or sunglasses affects corneal epithelial cells (visual cells).
Simply UV-blocking glasses are good for eye health.
